It's such a sweet movie. Tobey gets a bit teary-eyed at the end when Paul Walker follows Max to Mya, the beautiful but injured Husky, and carries her back to the snow-cat. Everyone get rather happy and sentimental at the end. So happy that Bill and Kitty give out extra ear scratchies and tartar control treats to all.

Badtz makes amends or makes a bed
Bill and Kitty will have to get the video camera out to show how she smooths down the fitted sheets. She even gets inside the duvet to get the corners of the comforter to meet the duvet's. The bed might be made in half the time that it takes when Badtz helps. But where's fun in that?
The Day's Inn might be hiring housekeeping staff. Can you imagine what Badtz would buy with the money she earns? It can be sure it wouldn't be a new litter box or scooper! No, no, there would be cat toys everywhere not to mention the catnip!

Bad Badtz Arising

Last night Mister Bendable was returned to his windmill. Misses Bendable was put back right so she no longer dangles.
Badtz was caught contemplating what to do next. It looks like a bad dream for the Bendable People... Bill and Kitty do not want to come home to the slaughter they came home to the night before!

Where's Mister Bendable?
Mrs. Bendable was askew - hanging by her toes. Mr. Bendable was missing but with some intense searching we found him. We'll have to find something to keep Badtz interested in something else. Maybe she likes sheep too.

There Be Sheep!!!
No, Bill and Kitty didn't go over the deep end and acquire sheep for the amusment of Vive, the border collie. They took her out for a herding instinct test, HIT. Vive did extremely well and the tester gave her the go ahead if she wants to join a class.
Forest Home Farms in San Ramon, CA hooked Bill and Kitty up with a tester. We'll see if Vive will want to continue, it may encroach on her important Frisbee and fetch time!

Relaxing w the critters
Here we are gathered in Vive's room. It was nice of her to let the cats recline on her bed. We planned to order a pizza, have some ice cream and watch a movie.
But Tobey wanted to re-watch "Eight Below," Vive voted for "Babe." Badtz insisted on "Dude Where's My Car?" (she likes the ostrich scene). Since we couldn't agree on what to watch, we ended up watching "America's Next Top Model" on TV.

The Bendable People Tower!!!
This is the tower of The Bendable People. Badtz likes to make late night visits. She climbs up on the build-in and meows. We expect to hear a huge crashing noise any night now. Maybe she wants to free The Bendable People from their Tower Prison. Who knows what she is thinking! Maybe she thinks they're her pets, "Bill" and "Kitty." Hmmm...
Meet the critters
Tobey in the laundry basket. The boy loves warm clean laundry! He is a 5 year old orange tabby.
Miss Texas is the old granny of the house. She is 17 years old!
Badtz Maru looking very ornery. She was abruptly awakened from a nap. Bill and Kitty like her little white starburst on her brisket.
Vive is "the dog." She is an energetic border collie. Both Vive and Badtz are 2 years old.

Kitty gets into the Halloween swing
The cats are slowing down this time of year. Eating like there is no tomorrow and sleeping like they're not going to wake up. Badtz has taken to climbing up on the built-in cabinet in the dinning and visiting the "bendable people" who are situated on the windmill.
